Duggal is a Sustainable Green Printer (SGP) and is Forest Steward Council (FSC) and Rainforest Alliance Certified. Duggal’s Building 25 facility in the Brooklyn Navy Yard is a wind powered LEED Gold Certified facility and includes a living green wall.


DOES DUGGAL HAVE A RECYCLING PROGRAM IN PLACE TO HANDLE PRODUCTION WASTE?

Yes! We are able to recycle 80-90% of all of our waste with our partner Filco Carting (www.filcocarting.com).

SHIPPING/ RETURNS

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

floorgraphicsandmore.com utilizes FedEx’s shipping service for our Domestic Ground, Standard 2 Day, Priority Overnight Standard.

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of the orders being received depending on the quantity of items ordered. Orders placed after 3:00 AM EST will be processed the following day.

RETURN POLICY

If your item was damaged during transit, simply contact our Return Center within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@shopduggal.com with the following: (Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to be in touch with you).

  • Your name
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Your order number
  • Pictures of the issue and images of the outside box.

Please note: We are unable to exchange or refund your order if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong item. We also cannot provide exchanges or refunds due to damages caused by customer handling, storage or treatment. Duggal reserves the right to request that you return the product to us where we will offer an exchange or reprint at no additional charge; issue store credit for items (not including shipping); take no action; or, if a solution cannot be provided issue a refund. During the return process please ensure the work is packaged appropriately and that it is protected. Please use the original packaging in which the item was delivered, including all protective material. Shipping charges for the item(s) being returned will be the responsibility of the client (exceptions may apply). A traceable shipping method is recommended.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

When ordering from floorgraphicsandmore.com, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; ShopDuggal has no control over these charges, nor can ShopDuggal predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

  • Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
  • Countries / regions that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
